Download Contact list

When a contact list is uploaded, Webex Campaign will display processed contacts, valid, invalid contacts and so. If there is any issue with the contact list, it will be recorded under invalid count. Click on the number to download the file to address the issue accordingly. The file will also record the reason for invalid count.



  1. Processed: Number of records in the uploaded contact list file.
  2. Invalid: Number of invalid records in the processed count. For example, duplicate records or if contact mode value doesn’t exist.
  3. Valid: Number of valid records in the processed count.
  4. Eligible: Number of records eligible to be sent to the dialer after the contact selection filters are applied for ‘Active’ contact lists.
  5. Sent to dialer - awaiting outcome: Number of records sent to the dialer but whose call outcomes are not yet known.
  6. Eligible fresh: Number of contact records which have not yet been sent to the dialer even once.
  7. Eligible open: Number of contact records which have been sent to the dialer at least once.
  8. Eligible closed: Number of contact records which will not be sent to the dialer anymore.
  9. Blocked: Number of contact records blocked because of 'Phone area code block' or 'Zipcode block' features.
  10. Expired: Number of contact records in 'Expired' state as a result of the contact list expiring.
