P&L meta-tags
For creating a campaign, P&L meta-tags are not mandatory. However, to activate a campaign it is mandatory.
The P&L (Profit and Loss) section allows a business to assign a campaign to different divisions, cost centers, or products. For instance, an organization might set up different P&Ls for departments or lines of business.
Add a P&L meta-tag
- Navigate to Voice campaigns administration >> P&Ls meta-tags. Click Create P&L meta-tag.
- Enter details in the following fields:
- P&L meta-tag name: Enter a name to identify the P&L meta-tag in Webex Campaign.
- P&L meta-tag description: Enter a description for P&L. This is not mandatory.
- Click the Save P&L meta-tag.
Edit a P&L meta-tag
- On the P&Ls list screen, click the ellipses of the required P&L and click Edit.
- Make the required changes and click Save P&L meta-tag
