P&L meta-tags

For creating a campaign, P&L meta-tags are not mandatory. However, to activate a campaign it is mandatory.

The P&L (Profit and Loss) section allows a business to assign a campaign to different divisions, cost centers, or products. For instance, an organization might set up different P&Ls for departments or lines of business.


Add a P&L meta-tag

  1. Navigate to Voice campaigns administration >> P&Ls meta-tags. Click Create P&L meta-tag.


  1. Enter details in the following fields:
    1. P&L meta-tag name: Enter a name to identify the P&L meta-tag in Webex Campaign.
    2. P&L meta-tag description: Enter a description for P&L. This is not mandatory.
  2. Click the Save P&L meta-tag.

Edit a P&L meta-tag

  1. On the P&Ls list screen, click the ellipses of the required P&L and click Edit.
  2. Make the required changes and click Save P&L meta-tag
