Open CSV report in Excel

When you download and open a CSV report, data will be displayed as plain text by default. However, when viewed in Excel, the data will be displayed in alternating colors organized into a clear, tabular format.

To view the CSV file in Excel, follow these steps:

Open a blank Excel workbook.
Select Data > Get Data > From File and click From Text/CSV.

Locate and browse the CSV report from your computer and click Import.

Click Load.

The data will be displayed in a tabular, spreadsheet-style format with alternating colors, making it easier to use than raw text
