Contact attempts outcome transaction report

This report displays the outcomes of contact attempts for each contact.


The report shows the headers such as

  • Campaign Group Name
  • Campaign Name
  • Campaign ID
  • Attempted By Dialer & Billed
  • Comments
  • Contact List ID
  • Call Start Datetime
  • Call End Datetime
  • Call Duration
  • Agent ID
  • Dialler Task ID
  • Dialed Number
  • Dialed Number Contact Mode
  • Telephony Outcome
  • Count as Call Attempt for Contact Frequency Capping
  • Telephony Outcome type
  • Telephony Outcome Timestamp
  • Business Outcome wrap-up code
  • Business Outcome wrap-up code type
  • RPC(Right_Party_Contact)
  • Business Outcome Timestamp
  • Contact status after the contact attempt
  • Next ScheduleTime to Send to Dialer
  • Account Unique Identifier
  • Customer Unique Identifier

The report will be downloaded in CSV format, which you can import into Excel to view and analyze the data.

Follow these steps to view a pre-configured report:

  1. On the Pre-configured reports screen, select Transaction reports radio button. As there is only one report, you can proceed with the selected report.
  2. Specify the required filtering criteria by entering or selecting the values in the filter options.
  3. Click Generate report.
