Download Reports

If the reports size is less than 20 MB, you can be downloaded it from the Download reports tab. The status appears as Processing until the report is ready for download.

For reports exceeding 20 MB, direct UI download is not supported. Please reach out to the Operations team at [email protected] to arrange for delivery via SFTP.

Reports are always displayed in the system time zone, which may not match the tenant time zone. The system time zone automatically adjusts for Daylight Saving Time (DST) where applicable. Generated reports remain available for 90 days

To download a report, click the vertical ellipsis icon next to the desired report and select Export. The report will be downloaded in Excel format."

If you no longer need a report, click Delete. The report will be removed from the list.
