Campaign Nodes Configuration
To create a campaign, you must configure the mandatory nodes. Additionally, there are optional nodes available that allow you to apply filters to the contact list, helping you manage calls more efficiently and optimize the use of contact center teams.

- Daily Schedule
- Schedule exclusion days
- Contact attempts strategy
- Contact selection filters
- Contact flow priority
- Suppression rule sets
Optional nodes
- Contact selection filters for fresh contacts
- Contact selection filters for retry contacts
