Suppression rule based on Contact timing window

This option allows you to configure the permissible calling hours to contact the customers. For this rule, you should specify the ‘Conditions for disallowed times’ in Current timezone of the call recipient.

Configure the options:

  • Current time (in 24 hour format) in call recipient's timezone is less than: Set the time duration before which the calls will be suppressed. For example, 8 hrs.
  • Current time (in 24 hour format) in call recipient's timezone is greater than: "Set the time duration after which the calls will be suppressed. For example, 20 hrs.
  • Add conditions on: You can add conditions.to suppression rules: You can create conditions to apply the suppression rule for the contacts based on their USA state or Phone area code or a global variable.
    • USA State Values: Specify applicable states for call recipients.
    • USA/Canada Phone Area Codes: Set criteria based on phone area codes.
    • Global Variables: Use contact record variables to refine suppression rules.

This ensures calls are made during appropriate hours, respecting the recipient’s local time zone.
