Campaign list grid

This section explains about different values of Campaign list grid.

• Processed: The number of contacts processed contacts from the contact list.
• Valid: The number of valid contacts from the processed contact list.
• Sent to Dialer - awaiting outcome: The number of contacts sent to the dialer and awaiting an outcome.
• Fresh:The number of contacts not dialed even once. These numbers include contacts that are delivered to the dialer but not yet dialed out.
• Open: The number of contacts open at the current moment. These numbers include contacts that are delivered to the dialer but not yet dialed out.
• Closed: The number of contacts closed because the campaign has reached its maximum calling attempts
• Blocked: The number of contacts that are blocked from being sent to the dialer.
• Status: It shows the campaign status. The following describes the status of a campaign:
  • Draft: This status is displayed when a campaign is created and not yet activated.
  • Paused: This status is displayed when a campaign is paused.
  • Pending: This status is displayed when a campaign has completed its scheduled run and is awaiting for the next scheduled execution.
  • Running: This status is displayed when a campaign is currently in execution.
  • Completed: This status is displayed when a campaign has finished execution.
  • Stopped: This status is displayed when a campaign has completed its schedule and is no longer in execution.

You can choose to show or hide stopped campaigns using the Hide 'Stopped' campaigns toggle. When you enable the toggle, stopped campaigns will be hidden from the list.
